PhaseOne has changed my practice. My recurrent capsular contracture rates after capsulectomy are on par with primary augmentation. I’ve salvaged moderately infected implants successfully every time.

The results were game changing. A patient had severe necrotizing fasciitis, really septic. We opened him up, applied negative pressure and applied HOCl. His Sepsis had resolved over a 48 hour period.
